Which language we use to communicate?
 
English is the language normally used among the participants,when the group is made up of people from countries that speak different languages. With the guides will also be possible to communicate in spanish, french and japanese. The written information is provided in english, french, spanish and japanese.
 
What kind of information provides HRM before the tour?
 
Once the reservation on the tour has been formalized, an information leaflet is sent to each participant, including general details of the tour, maps, approximate travel distances, hotels planned for accommodation, places of interest that could be visited along the route, etc. Every day before start the route we have a brieffing to discusse the details of the route, planned places to stop or to visit, road conditions or possible difficulties that we may find along the journey.
 
What level of difficulty have the proposed routes?
 
The itineraries of our tours are previously recognized and carefully selected, are developed on paved roads but occasionally we can find sections under construction or unpaved paths, these tours are suitable to dual-purposse bikes. The degree of difficulty can be very variable, we may be running on a highway and in a few klms. later we find ourselves in a twisty mountain road.
 
How many participants are ia a group ?
 
In order to ensure personal treatment to our customers, the groups are small, the number of drivers is usually limited to 8 people. A group may be extended by the participation of passengers in the motorcycles or in the support vehicle. The minimum number of drivers required for run a tour is of 5 persons.

 
What documents are required ?
 
- Passport, required for citizens non-residents in the EU, or ID card.

- Motorcycles Driver´s licence without limitations or International Driver´s licence, required for citizens non-residents in the EU.

- Card or certificate of personal travel insurance, with coverage in traffic accidents, illness, theft, loss of baggage and damages claim. Such insurance must be valid, at least, until the date of completion of the tour. 

 
What amount of cash will I need during the tour ?
 
Payment by credit card is commonly used in the vast majority of gas stations or restaurants where we stop, but when it comes to small amounts can be more convenient to pay in cash. This amount should cover meals, drinks and other personal expenses, as well as the fuel for the motorcycle or possible tolls charges. The estimated amount of these expenses are included in every tour brochure. 
 
What amount of luggage could I take with me ?
 
There is no specific limit to the number of bags suit cases that each person may carry in the support vehicle, but, for convenience, we recommend a maximum of two pieces per person, if possible soft bags. 
 
Could I participate with my own motorcycle ?
 
In the tours scheduled and posted on our website, is not intended to include drivers with their own motorcycle. There may be exceptions, always the drivers do not exceed a fixed maximum number.
It is possible to arrange custom tours "a la carte ", for groups of friends or members of a moto-club who request it. For those who wish to travel driving his own motorcycle but without having to worry about planning the trip, booking hotels or carrying luggage or extra material. 
 
What equipment do you recommend?
 
The basic equipment should consist of gear specially designed for motorcycle use. Jacket with elbow and shoulder protection, pants with knee protection, tall boots, helmet and gloves. Do not forget also that in a same tour, the weather can change dramatically, so it is always advisable to bring rain gear and clothing to protect from cold weather (thermal clothing, long sleeve t-shirt or polo shirt, etc.). A scarf or neck protector "buff" type results always very practical, you can avoid visits of annoying insects. And of course you should not forget the basic things needed to fully enjoy a trip, a swimsuit, a cap, the sunglasses and a camera.
 
The routes have been previously recognized by HRM ?
 
Yes, all proposed routes are fully recognized previously, the information about road conditions and other relevant details of the route are updated regularly.
 
What distance is covered each day?
 
The average distances of each stage are usually 150 to 300 kilometers. These details appear in the brochure description of every tour.
